You are responsible for your own Anthropic API key and the usage and cost it incurs. You set a monthly budget cap; you are responsible for the spend under it. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of Anthropic’s usage policies.
Do not attempt to access other users’ data, abuse the service, or use it to generate prohibited content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascended is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including model outputs, downtime, or data loss.
These terms may change as the product matures. Continued use means acceptance of the current terms.
